Educate and Equip yourself!

Join WakeUp Carolina, the Charleston Center, and the Mount Pleasant Police Department for our monthly Overdose Prevention Training.

In this training, you’ll learn how to recognize the signs of an overdose, the steps to administer Narcan nasal spray, and how to save a life during an overdose emergency. Participants who complete the training will receive a free overdose prevention kit containing two Narcan nasal sprays.

This training is highly recommended for anyone at risk of an opioid overdose, as well as friends or family of those at risk. Healthcare providers, social services professionals, law enforcement, and emergency response providers will also benefit from this training.

The training is free of charge, but we ask that you RSVP so we can plan accordingly. Narcan kits will be available after the training at the event location. For more information on this training or any of our other programs and services, please email info@wakeupcarolina.org or call us at 843-972-8154.
